Organizational Performance Improvement, or abbreviated as OPI, is a new unit in Holcim Indonesia which has been operating since 2006. Established within the framework to ensure the continuous improvement of the company’s human resources, OPI improves Holcim employees to become marketable talents who are decisive, able to perform innovative leadership as well as innovative operational mindset.
OPI serves as the internal consultants for other units or departments in the company within the predetermined period of time, led by managers who team up with several lead coaches and coaches.
As time goes by, the scope and role of OPI are extended that it can meet the dynamics of the growing company's business. OPI also plays the role to prepare company’s strategic initiatives in the form of cross-functional projects and ad-hoc initiatives so as to meet the needs of its stakeholders.
OPI has three main objectives, which are providing facilities and overseeing the transformation process in the company, giving assistance and contributing to efforts on promoting Strength, Performance, and Passion culture and to obtain tangible business results.
